The 2018 Women in Technology Statistics Report, conducted by event solutions company, Evia, made some surprising discoveries:

• Women hold less than 20% of technology jobs in the United States
• In April of 2017, there were more than 627,000 unfilled technology jobs
• In 2016, tech workers received an average salary of $108,900 compared to the national average of 53,040

As you can see, plenty of technology jobs are open, and the earning potential is great. The problem is very few women are actually able to take a piece of the pie. That’s where we come in. Here at eStaff LLC, we work hard to promote women in technology and gender equality.
